We offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days to request a return after receiving the item.

Returned items must be in their original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase.

Damage and Problems

Please inspect the items immediately upon receiving your order. If there are any defects, damage, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and resolve it appropriately.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure you receive the item you need as quickly as possible is to return the item you have received and purchase a new item separately once the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the item was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. As stated above, your item must be in its original condition as received, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility for any issues not related to product quality or incorrect shipment.

Refunds
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, we will automatically refund you via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit the refund.
